Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý (Application Deadline – August 1, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.)

Applications for the 2025 Fall Semester are being accepted through Friday, August 1, at 5 p.m.
Eligible classified, hourly, instructional, and administrative & professional faculty employees may apply. ÌýTo be eligible:

•Ìý ÌýYou must have completed service time as stated below:

  • Full-time employees must have completed one year of continuous full-time service with °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ by August 1.Ìý
  • Part-time and hourly employees must have worked a total of 2080 continuous hours by August 1.
  • The one-year service time includes continuous service at both °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ and EVMSÌý
  • Adjunct teaching service time does not count towards service eligibility.

•Ìý ÌýYou must be admitted as a degree-seeking student.
•Ìý Ìý°¼Í¹ÊÓƵ and Macon & Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences at °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ programs are eligible except the M.D. program.

•Ìý ÌýYou must be registered for the course(s) indicated on your application.

The application is available Online. ÌýYou must complete the application by the deadline. ÌýLate applications are not accepted.

Per policy, eligible employees may apply for the following number of credit hours for the Fall 2025 semester.
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýClassified Employees – 6 credit hours
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýInstructional and Administrative and Professional – 6 credit hours
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýDependent/Spouse – 6 credit hours
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýPart-time and Hourly – 3 credit hours
•ÌýÌýÌýÌýMilitary/ROTC – 6 credit hours
