This Mindful Moment table will have you making your own slime cups as well as information about mindfulness and various stress management strategies.

This Mindful Moment table will let you create your own tea blend and pour yourself a hot cup of tea! You will also have the opportunity to learn about the importance of t-breaks (tolerance breaks from substances) and healthy ways to cope with stress.

Monday, November 3: Decorate Your Own Journal

This Mindful Moment table allows you to decorate your own journal that you can use as a self-care tracker throughout No-Stress November. Don’t forget to grab a self-care challenge calendar and a few wellness recipe cards filled with simple ideas for self-care, stress relief, and mindfulness.

This Mindful Moment Monday table will guide you through creating your own personalized grounding kit using the 5 senses technique. Learn how to manage stress and anxiety by engaging sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell. Then build a take-home kit with calming items that speak to each sense.
