In accordance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), 20.U.S.C. Sec 1092f, this notice is to inform the °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ community that the 2025 Campus Security and Fire Safety report, specifically the crime statistics, that covers the °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ Norfolk Campus, along with the Tri-Cities, VA Beach, and Peninsula campuses have been updated.
There are three distinct reports available on the °¼Í¹ÊÓƵPD website at Annual Security & Fire Safety Reports | °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ.
The first report reflects the main °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ Norfolk campus, along with the Virginia Beach Higher Education campus, Tri-Cities campus, and the Peninsula campus.
The second report reflects the °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ Medical Campus.
The last report reflects the preceding Eastern Virginia Medical School. Although no longer in effect as of July 1, 2024, the Clery Act requires the publication of this report, as your right to know, until obsolete.
