Unwind and recharge with a rotating selection of stress-relieving activities and mindfulness techniques. This Mindful Moment table will let you create your own tea blend and pour yourself a hot cup of tea! You will also have the opportunity to learn about the importance of t-breaks (tolerance breaks from substances) and healthy ways to cope with stress.
